Left 4 Dead 2 is a 2009 multiplayer survival horror first-person shooter developed and published by Valve.

I noticed the crazy improvisational jazz riffs added to the musical cue that warns you of a horde attack. I wondered if these new zombies were all voiced by Mike Patton, since I'd come to love the gurgles and screams he provided for the undead in the first game. We could tell, intellectually at least, that Left 4 Dead 2 was going to be awesome.īut something nagged in the back of my head. We hurled the new Boomer Bile grenades and even staged a death to give the new defibrillator a test drive. We tried all the weapons (the AK-47 wound up being a favorite) and tried on each of the new survivors to see what they had to say.

Me and my Live buddy Tim, the Zoe to my Bill, played through The Parish twice. That's precisely how I felt last night when I booted up the Left 4 Dead 2 demo on Xbox Live.
